Unfortunately, the ball hasn't been exposed enough. The focus has always been on abs exercises, but the ball can be used in an aerobics workout (cardio), a large number of stretches and resistance training for all muscle groups (lats, pectorals, glutes, quads, etc). It is also a super tool to exercise the back.
