With stylish Bollywood hottie Saif Ali Khan and his Italian girl friend Rosa taking to it, Spinning emerges as the number fitness trend this year.

Spinning is a fun team exercise which includes a one-hour session of non-stop cycling on a stationary bike to pumping music and disco lights.

What works?

Major calorie burner. Repetitive movement make it easy for people with two left feet. A disco-like atmosphere makes it enjoyable.

What are the facts?

Spinning is a great cardiovascular exercise. But it must be coupled with weight training for a fit and well toned body.
