Ganguly floored by Sreesanth strike
March 9, 2007
Former captain Sourav Ganguly is down on his knees after being hit on the thumb by S Sreesanth during India's training session.
Ganguly also suffered a mild ankle injury, which has made him a doubtful starter for India's final World Cup warm-up match against the West Indies at Montego Bay on Friday.
Indian team sources said Ganguly would most probably sit out of the game since selectors might not want to risk him before the the
World Cup, which kicks off on March 13.
