South Africa-born Ten Doeschate stole the show in the morning to finish with five for 57 after joining Dutch handyman Darron Reekers to reduce India to 82 for three.
He removed Ganguly (19) off his first ball and bowled fellow opener Sehwag (28) with an in-coming delivery.
India posted a total of 300 after the Dutchmen put India into bat. Netherlands were bowled out for 118 runs in the 38th over, giving India a 182-run victory.
