London hosts British Asian Sports Awards

The best of Asian sporting talent were honoured at the British Asian Sports Awards or BASA in London.

The event which took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel saw some of the eminent personalities from business and sports.

The skipper of the first all-female crew to sail around the world in the Whitbread Round The World Yacht Race, Tracy Edwards (MBE), boxing promoters Frank Maloney and Frank Warren, were amongst the few who graced the occasion.
