Soccer mania gripped Kolkata as Bayern Munich, the world famous German football club, gear up to play a friendly match against local club Mohun Bagan later on Tuesday.
Nearly 90,000 tickets for the match have already been sold as it would be the farewell match for ace German goalkeeper Oliver Kahn.
However, it was a dream comes true for 48 young footballers in Kolkata on Monday as they got a chance to play with some of the stars from Bayern Munich.
The event was aimed at imparting international exposure to youngsters from West Bengal and Goa, the two states of the country which produce maximum footballers.
The icing on the cake was the time they spent with German goalkeeping legend Kahn both on and off the field. Six of them will undergo a month long training camp at FC Bayern Football School.
