Hockey enthusiasts in Sansarpur village of Punjab are hopeful of a bright future with the suspension of the Indian Hockey Federation and appointment of an ad-hoc committee.
The players are now hopeful of representing India as they feel that they were earlier discriminated against, during the Under-15 trials.

The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) suspended the Indian Hockey Federation on April 28 and replaced it with an ad hoc committee, headed by IOA chief Kalmadi.
