India football team captain Baichung Bhutia goes through a drill with former Newcastle United trainer Paul Winsper, who is currently working with the Toronto FC-MLS.

Nike unveiled the SPARQ - Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, Quickness -- training programme in Mumbai on Wednesday.
The programme, which has been launched in the United States, offers dynamic performace training, designed to make young athletes better on game day.
