The former world number one, who was clad in a red satin creation, said she preferred to stay in the background in the world of fashion.

"I love to do designing [but] I am not really comfortable wearing 4-5 inches of heels," said the 27-year-old.

"I am definitely not a model and modelling is not ideal for me. I love to be behind the scenes."
