Sharapova wins Australian Open 2008

Maria Sharapova of Russia and Ana Ivanovic of Serbia pose ahead of the Australian Open women's final in Melbourne on Saturday.
The fifth seed sealed her third grand slam title and first Australian Open with a comfortable 7-5, 6-3 victory over Ivanovic.
