In the midst of the Indian team's victory in England and Sania Mirza's latest exploits, a significant achievement of a team of young footballers from the rural heartlands of Kerala has gone unnoticed.
For the first time a team from India, comprising 12 boys (under-11) belonging to the Sports and Education Promotion Trust (SEPT) participated in three tournaments in Sweden and Finland and won rave reviews for their showing.
