Fan tamasha

The thousand-year-old Bavarian town of Nuremberg was run over by an estimated 70,000 English fans for the England versus Trinidad and Tobago game on June 15.

English naturally outnumbered fans from the Caribbean, given the geographical logistics, and St George flags were in evidence in nearly every bar and pub.

After England won the match -- 2-0 -- fans took to the streets to celebrate.
