PSV Eindhoven versus AC Milan
Massimo Ambrosini's late goal broke PSV Eindhoven's hearts as AC Milan reached the Champions League final where they will meet Liverpool in Istanbul.
PSV, 2-0 down from the first tie, made the perfect start when Ji-Sung Park superbly lashed home on nine minutes.
