Australian Open - Day 5
Former world number one Serena Williams ended the run of Indian wildcard Sania Mirza at the Australian Open on Friday, beating the 18-year-old 6-1, 6-4 to reach the fourth round.
The Hyderabad girl is the first Indian to reach the third round of a women's Grand Slam event. Despite losing Mirza will jump at least 66 places in the rankings to around the 130 mark.
