June 15. Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers wipes his face in game five of the 2004 NBA final against the Detroit Pistons at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

The Pistons routed the Lakers 100-87 in Game 5 to win the final and give Motown its first NBA title since 1990.
