Czech Republic's Roman Sebrle celebrates with his country's flag after winning the gold medal in men's decathlon on Tuesday.
Bryan Clay of the United States won silver and Dmitriy Karpov of Kazakhstan took bronze.
Sebrle's winning total was 8,893 points. Clay, 24, with 8,820 points continued his remarkable progress over the last two years. The 23-year-old Karpov got 8,725.
