Russia's Yelena Isinbayeva vaults on her way to breaking the world record in the women's pole vault final at the Olympic Stadium.
Isinbayeva broke her own women's pole vault world record her in the final.
The 22-year-old vaulted 4.91 metres to beat her previous mark of 4.90m, set in London on July 30 this year.
