Breaking the taboo

Iranian Nassin Hassan Pour, 19, sharpens her shooting skills during a training session at the Azadi stadium in Tehran.

She is the only Iranian woman who will participate in this Olympics. The other members of Iran's 39-member team are all men.

Pour will take part in the 10-metre air pistol. She entered her first official competition in 2002, and took third place at the 2003 Asian Championships.
