No purpose is served by promoting war hysteria: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday said that no purpose is served by promoting war hysteria.
Referring to the tensions between India and Pakistan in the wake of last year's Mumbai terror attack, Prime Minister Singh urged Islamabad to take concrete measures so that the perpetrators are brought to justice.
