Mohan Bhagwat elected as new chief of RSS

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, elected its new chief on Saturday. Mohan Bhagawat replaced K S Sudarsahan, who was held the top post for almost nine years.
The election of Bhagawat came on the second day of a three-day conclave at the group's headquarters in Nagpur.
Addressing RSS functionaries, the newly appointed chief said that the organisation was capable of changing
along with time, but would not deviate from its avowed goals.
