India celebrates the festival of colours

The festival of colours, Holi was celebrated with great fervour and enthusiasm in India on Wednesday, with revellers spraying colour at each other.
Revellers danced to drumbeats as they applied colours on each other and consumed traditional 'thandai', a cold beverage.
Meanwhile on Tuesday, in a re-enactment of the fable of Holi festival, priests in Mathura walked through a fireball.
