Mulford views Pakistan's admission as a significant step

United States Ambassador to India David C Mulford welcomed Pakistan's response to the Mumbai terror attacks as positive. Consequently, Indian Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee called it as a 'positive development. ' Talking about US economy, Mulford said that he believes it has reached to the minimum while India is still maintaining its growth rate of economy at six to seven percent.
