Pakistan court declares AQ Khan free

A Pakistani court on Friday declared disgraced nuclear scientist Adbul Qadeer Khan as a free citizen.
The Islamabad High Court had also urged the Pakistan government to provide Khan with security and VIP protocol.
Khan was placed under house arrest in 2004 by the then president, Pervez Musharraf soon after he made a televised confession about selling nuclear secrets to Iran and North Korea.
