India committed to tackle terror: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday said his government was committed to tackle terrorism but cautioned against labelling members of any community as terrorists.
Dr Singh also offered a new dialogue with the separatists to end violence in Jammu and Kashmir.
He added that his government was committed to resolving all outstanding issues with Pakistan.
