Addressing an election rally in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, ahead of the second phase of assembly polls there, Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi blamed the state government for diverting people's attention from development to terrorism.
Meanwhile, the BJP lashed out at the UPA government for 'linking' Hindu organisations with terror and warned of 'a revolt-like-situation' if such a move to 'defame and torture' sadhus and security personnel continued.
