Royal flag removed Nepal king's palace

The royal flag that once fluttered at the Narayanhiti palace has been removed, marking an end to 239-years of monarchy in Nepal.
King Gyanendra has been given a fortnight to vacate the sprawling palace in Kathmandu which will be turned into a museum.
Authorities said the national flag will be raised in place of the royal standard at the palace
