Misery, even after death!

A mother remembers her son, Doogar Singh. He was killed only days ago. But she can't bury him… at least not until there's a postmortem.
He was one of sixteen people killed in a clash between police and members of the Gujjar community.
Because there is a stigma with examining a dead body in rural India, and because emotions are running high here… the doctors of this Rajasthani town of Bayana are afraid. They’re refusing to conduct the post mortems without security.
