Worth 180 crores, but does not own a car!

He has agriculture land worth Rs 11.80 crore in various parts of the state. He has commercial and residential buildings which are valued at Rs 56.47 crore. He has invested Rs 61.65 lakh in bonds and debentures and Rs 54.92 lakh in life insurance policies and postal savings scheme. He has Rs 49.44 lakh in cash.
Kupendra Reddy also states in his declaration that his wife has Rs 2.23 lakh in cash with her and bank deposits to the tune of Rs 36.98 lakh while her bonds and debentures total up to Rs 4.33 crore in her name. His wife also has agriculture land worth Rs 16.60 crore while the non-agriculture land held by her is worth Rs 10.80 crore.
His wife also has buildings worth Rs 12.26 crore registered in her name. She has jewellery worth Rs 53 lakh, a commercial complex worth Rs 15.26 crore and an apartment worth Rs 37.24 lakh. A dependant, who has not been named, possesses property worth Rs 59 lakh.
Strangely, his declaration does not make any mention of a vehicle. He has loans to the tune of Rs 18.52 crore while his wife has an outstanding loan amount of Rs 6.59 crore.
