Chief of the All India Congress Committee and star campaigner for the party, Sonia Gandhi said she would not tolerate any allegation saying her party's terror policy was week as is being done by the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Sonia Gandhi, who addressed a rally at K R Puram in Bengaluru as part of the Congress election campaign, said that there were several allegations being made by her opponents.

"I do not want to say anything much on all the allegations. But the allegation regarding a soft policy on terrorism will not be tolerated. What locus standi does the BJP have to make such an allegation against the Congress? Let me refresh your memory regarding the incidents that took place when the BJP was at the Centre. The Akshardam and Parliament attack and the Khandahar fiasco all took place when the BJP-led NDA government was in power."
