Slain encounter cop had links with mafia?

The Delhi Police Special Operations Squad Assistant Commissioner of Police Rajbir Singh, who was gunned down by a property dealer on Tuesday, allegedly had close links with the drug and land mafia. The 'encounter specialist' also had close links with the Mumbai underworld.
The ACP had also come under a cloud with questions being raised over his links with the mafia in Delhi and for his role in a number of fake encounters.
