Musharraf's early exit could spell trouble: Expert

Amidst speculations of Musharraf resining as President early, The United States feels that it could be a destabilising move for Pakistan.Daniel Markey, a South Asia expert at the US-based Council for Foreign Relations, said in New Delhi that that Washington feared that Musharraf leaving early could spark instability and turmoil in Pakistan. Musharraf made it clear that he has no immediate plan to resign or go into exile.
