Bihar celebrates Raj's arrest

Reports of police swinging into action against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray triggered off celebrations in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Activists of the Bharatiya Janata Party took to streets shouting slogans and celebrating the arrest of MNS chief.
