The warplanes also struck a club tied to the Fatah movement of Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas.
The foreign and finance ministries of the Hamas leaders were completely razed in the strikes, said reports.
The strikes are also targeting the office of the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, the Hamas' armed wing, located west of Gaza City.
Israel has vowed to wipe out Hamas, which controls the Gaza Strip, alleging that the organisation had violated the ceasefire and launched strikes on southern Israeli towns.
