Left backs Prachanda on reviewing Indo-Nepal treaty

The Communist Party of India-Marxist have extended their support to Nepal's Maoist chief Prachanda's demand for scrapping the 1950 India-Nepal Peace and Friendship Treaty.
Addressing a news conference in Kolkata on Tuesday, Prakash Karat, general sSecretary of the CPI-M, said if needed, the treaty should be renegotiated.
