Rahul takes on BJP in tribal belt

Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi has slammed BJP-ruled states for non-implementation of various welfare schemes.
Addressing a meeting of tribals in Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh, he called upon party workers to come forward and mitigate the miseries of the common man.
