PM upbeat about enhanced ties with Pak

Addressing a public rally after inaugurating a bridge over the river Chenab in Akhnoor of Kashmir, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh hoped that all disputes including Kashmir would be resolved amicably through engagement with the new Pakistan government.
India and Pakistan began improving relations in April 2003, after they came close to fighting a fourth war the previous year.
