Earth Day: Students show the way

In an attempt to save the planet from environmental hazards, an awareness program was organised in Punjab on April 22.
Young students organised a street play to mark the day, celebrated worldwide as International Earth Day.
The street play was aimed at explaining the significance of ecology to human life. Locals were also invited to take part in the awareness program and were even asked to write slogans on the issue.
