Bandh against inflation in West Bengal

The Trinamool Congress and its ally Socialist Unity Centre of India (SUCI) has called a 12-hour bandh on Monday in West Bengal to protest against rising prices of essential commodities.
The activists took to the streets shouting slogans to protest against the sharp rise in prices of commodities of daily use as the streets wore a deserted look with shops opting to remain shut.
