In a bid to encourage family planning at the micro-level, authorities in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, have initiated a unique method to encourage men to undergo vasectomy by offering them arms licenses as incentive.
The Shivpuri administration has taken the initiative to mobilise men to undergo vasectomy, a surgical procedure for sterilisation.
