Even as Janata Dal-Secular is yet to announce its final list of candidates for the Karnataka polls (it may do so by April 18), many aspirants are queuing up at JD-S leader H D Kumaraswamy’s guest house at the plush Palace Orchards area in Bangalore on Wednesday, hoping to score a ticket to fight the forthcoming elections.
While Kumaraswamy stayed put in his room, his close aides tried their best to keep the aspirants under control.
There were over 200 vehicles parked in the area, as each candidate aspiring for a ticket arrived, flanked by his/her group of supporters.
However, they had a tough time getting inside the guest house premises, as security guards tried to prevent their entry with all their might.
After some time, even the security guards gave up and sought out the relatively peaceful members in the crowd, for their support.
