Tulips Bloom as Tourism Booms

It was chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, who conceptualized the idea of rearing tulips imported from Holland in the salubrious climate of Kashmir.

The idea seems to have shaped up well as the vast expanse of over 20 acres is now a rash of colours created by tulips of various hues.
