Its that time of the year again when the capital gets completely fogged out and the dipping temperatures make life tough for Delhi-ites.
The maximum temperature plummeted to less than 15 degrees Celsius, throwing life in the city out of gear. Flight schedules were disrupted, trains were delayed and motorists had to put up with reduced visibility.
With the mercury continuing to dip further, things are not bound to improve in the coming days.
