Natwar at the Kremlin to boost ties

External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh is in Moscow for talks with the Russian government on bolstering ties between Russia and India.

On Wednesday, Singh attended the meeting of the Indo-Russian Inter-Governmental Commission on trade, economic, cultural, scientific and technological cooperation between New Delhi and Moscow.

Singh also participated in Russian President Vladimir Putin's meeting with Shanghai Cooperation Organisation leaders and represented India at the SCO Council of Heads of Government.
