India and Pakistan are still coming to terms with Saturday's devastating earthquake, which caused huge human and property losses in Jammu and Kashmir in India, many parts of Pakistan and parts of Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir.

The full magnitude of the devastation caused by the earthquake unfolded Monday with the death count in Pakistan being estimated at over 30,000, while in Jammu and Kashmir it has reached 700 and could rise further. Rescuers are still struggling to reach inaccessible areas like Tangdar.
