NDA celebrates Bihar

The mood at BJP headquarters in New Delhi and in Bihar was celebratory as it became clear that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) combine swept the 243 member Bihar assembly elections.

There was almost an impromptu party outside the residence of Nitish Kumar, the man slated to be Bihar's chief minister.
