Prime Minister Manmohan Singh wowed a gathering of 1,500 Indian Americans on Tuesday in a dinner hosted at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel by the Indian embassy.
A large crowd of second generation Indian Americans had turned up to meet the Prime Minister.
The grand reception he got at the White House and the coverage in the American media, added to the personal charisma of the Oxford-educated Dr Singh.
