Accompanied by his wife Sehba and a high-level delegation, President Pervez Musharraf was received at the airport by External Affairs Minister K Natwar Singh.

He landed by a special PIA flight from Jaipur after paying obeisance at the shrine of Khwaja Moiuddin Chishti at Ajmer.

Musharraf, who appeared to be in a relaxed mood after visiting the Dargah, was accompanied by Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri and Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed.

His wife waved to the media personnel and the two later drove to the Delhi's Taj Mansingh Hotel. Musharraf seemed inclined to speak to the throng of mediapersons, but later seemed to have second thoughts.
