Florida Governor Jeb Bush's eldest son George P Bush (right), who is seen as an exciting young star in the Republican party, lauded his uncle, the president, as a friend of immigrants and entrepreneurs.
"Juntos, debemos abrir la puerta de oportunidad por la reelección del Presidente George W Bush [Together, we must open the door of opportunity for the re-election of President George W Bush]," the younger George Bush said in Spanish; his mother is of Hispanic descent.
His speech lasted a little over four minutes but left no doubt that the recent law school graduate is considered hot Republican property and a draw for the rapidly growing Hispanic population for whose votes the GOP is vying for with the Democratic Party.
