The Congress Party is fielding Bollywood star Govinda from the Mumbai North parliamentary constituency in the forthcoming elections. He will take on five-time Member of Parliament and Union Minister Ram Naik.

Govinda says he will try and meet the "lowest of the lowest" in his constituency and understand their problems. He claims to have a gameplan that will help him achieve this goal.

Like many commuters in Mumbai, Govinda buys a surburban train ticket from a railway ticket counter.
