Every now and then people waiting for local trains in the stations of Mumbai's western and central lines are pleasantly surprised.
For instead of the usual drab maroon and yellow coaches, the train that stops before them is a riot of colours and images that tell their own stories.
A relief to sore eyes surely, but it cost the World Social Forum, which is holding its annual meet in Goregaon, a hefty Rs 187,500 for keeping the paint on for a month.
